Scott Morison has 20 years valuation and property experience throughout Auckland and Northland across residential, lifestyle, commercial and development sectors including for mortgage, sale, litigation, and compensation purposes. Nowadays Scott undertakes valuations throughout the regions, though is largely focused on litigation, compensation, and land damage assessments for the Earthquake Commission (EQC).
Director / Registered Valuer
Paul has in excess of 25 years experience in valuing residential and lifestyle property throughout west and northwest Auckland. He is considered an industry leader by fellow valuers and other property professionals, completing valuations for mortgage purposes, pre-sale / pre-purchase, insurance, land subdivision, development feasibility, compensation and litigation. When he is not working, you will find him mountain biking at Woodhill, Riverhead Forest or remote areas in the South Island.

Registered Valuer
Matt is a Registered Valuer with a degree in Finance, Valuation and Property Management, and has been working in the property industry for a number of years specialising in residential and lifestyle valuations. He is friendly, has a strong attention to detail, a relaxed attitude and excellent area knowledge of the Auckland region. Outside of property Matt enjoys surfing and running, and will often be outdoors whether it be on the farm or down at the beach.

Nick brings over 10 years of experience in the residential property industry in New Zealand, holding a Master's degree in Property Practice and an MBA. With more than 8 years dedicated to residential
development in the Auckland region, Nick has successfully completed and sold various residential projects. Since 2022, he has focused on property valuation, leveraging his extensive real estate knowledge to deliver detailed and accurate valuations for your property.
Outside of work, Nick stays busy with his two teenage kids, who excel in horse riding, show jumping, and dressage. He also makes time for his passion for riding motorbikes and fishing.
