Scott Morison

Director / Registered Valuer

Scott has over 25 years’ valuation and property experience across Auckland and Northland, with a background spanning residential, lifestyle, commercial and development property. His work is now largely focused on Public Works Act compensation, EQC/NHC land damage claims, and dispute resolution matters. He brings a practical, evidence-based approach to complex assignments where clear reasoning, sound judgement and defensible valuation advice are critical.

Consultant Valuer

Nick brings more than 10 years’ experience in New Zealand’s residential property industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Property Practice and an MBA, and has completed and sold various residential projects. Since 2022, he has focused on property valuation, using his property knowledge to provide detailed and accurate advice for residential assignments.
